  • Materials Used

    When we started Resurrection there were a few main factors that were important to us. The foremost of which being that EVERYTHING needed to be made from predominantly recycled or sustainable materials. If it can’t be done sustainably, we don’t do it at all.

    Currently we mainly use recycled polyester, recycled cotton, organic cotton and hemp. We have a range of bamboo products in the works as well.

  • Payment Options

    Currently we offer credit card,PayPal and Afterpay as payment options.

    We do not accept cash or cheque.

  • Packaging

    We use 100% compostable clear garment bags and mailing satchels wherever possible. Even our sticky tape is biodegradable.

    They are made from corn and break down in regular home compost systems within 3 – 6 months as opposed to 300 years for plastic!

  • Shipping

    We use Sendle and Australia Post to send your orders. At the moment we only post within Australia, but are looking to expand to NZ and the rest of the world shortly.

    All of your orders will be sent with tracking. We endevour to send all orders within 1 business day of being placed.

    Approximate Delivery Times:

    Melbourne: 2 – 4 business days

    Sydney: 2 – 8 business days

    Adelaide: 2 – 8 business days

    Canberra: 3 – 9 business days

    Brisbane: 3 – 9 business days

    Hobart: 3 – 11 business days

    Perth: 6 – 12 business days

  • Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

    Items can be returned within 30 days of your delivery date for refund or exchange. Return postage must be paid by the customer. For faulty or damaged items please include a copy of your postage receipt.

    All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached (hats will need to be returned inside a box to avoid damage).

    If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, please email info@resurrectionactive.com.au with your order number along with photos of the fault/damage so we can get it sorted for you.
